Sponsor Drop-Off Procedures:
Parking within the camp ground is limited to 5 cars at a time.  Therefore, Sponsors will need to...
(1) drive through the entrance gate FM2480/San Roman,
(2) unload your Pilgrim and his/her belongings at the Reception Center (do not leave vehicles unattended),
(3) drive out the exit gate onto FM510,
(4) turn left (South) off FM510 onto FM2480 and turn into the gated parking facility immediately on your right,
(5) park in the off-site parking center off FM2480,
(6) walk across FM2480 back into the camp ground to re-join the Pilgrims at the Reception Center to complete the check-in process, get them settled in their room, and begin the evening's activities.

Community Services (Candlelight & Closing):
- Park in the gated parking facility on FM2480/San Roman Road. Lock your vehicles and conceal valuables.
- Restroom facilities are available in the brick building in the parking lot.
- Crossing guards will be onsite to assist with pedestrian traffic across FM2480 into the Campground.
- Candlelight:  8pm Saturday
    
Unless you are directed otherwise, the Community will gather at the Amphitheater.
   However, be flexible should plans change at the last minute.
   - Reminders about Candlelight: Childcare is not provided; Children under 12 may not attend.  
     This is a Community Service and is open to Community Members and their Guests. 
     Candlelight includes a Community Worship Service followed by a Candlelight Service. 
     Remember not to reach out to touch or talk to Walk participants during the Service.  
   - What to bring: mosquito repellent, flashlight, name tag/cross, purple worship book,
     agape letters for Pilgrims, & love offering.
- Closing:  3pm Sunday
   The Community will gather at the Amphitheater; however, please be flexible should plans change.
   - Reminders about Closing: Childcare is not provided; Children may attend.  
     This is a Community Service and is open to Community Members and their Guests. 
     Pilgrims and Team members will remain with their Table-groups until the service has concluded.
   - What to bring: name tag/cross, purple worship book.
